Vitalo Packaging is part of the Vitalo Group specialized in thermoforming but, over the years, the company has developed expertise in a wide range of plastics processing technologies, including single and twin sheet vacuum forming, acoustic materials fabrication and thermo-compression of natural and synthetic fibres.
Founded in 1936, the Belgian Vitalo Group has gone on to become one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of plastic parts and systems for industry. Today, the group employs over 1000 people and has an overall turnover of more then €85 million.

Vitalo Packaging specializes in the design and manufacture of thermoformed packaging for the electronics, telecom, hard disk drive and the medical device industry worldwide. From concept design to prototyping to in-house tool making and thermoforming, Vitalo Packaging develops customized packaging solutions and components tailored to each customer’s technical and commercial needs.
